Tony B. Gelbart - President & CEO. Tony B. Gelbart, a businessman and philanthropist, is President and CEO of Old City Partners and Co-Founder and Chairman of Nefesh B'Nefesh. Since founding Old City Partners, Mr. Gelbart and his team have been actively seeking out and investing in Israeli companies and ideas. Some of his other charitable, civic and community activities include: Council Member of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum (appointed by President George W. Bush in 2004); Vice Chairman of the Republican Jewish Coalition; Board Member of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies and a Board Member of the Jewish National Fund.

Ralph S. D'Angelo, joined OCP in July 1994. Over the past 11 years Ralph has served in Old City Partners in various capacities. He has helped orchestrate brand purchases, sales of companies, sales of brands and numerous patent and trademark licensing agreements with both public and private companies. He has practiced as a certified public accountant in Florida and has extensive experience in structuring financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Nahum Frankel, Nahum is a native of Israel where he led a special unit whose job it is to tunnel into collapsed buildings and structures and rescue people trapped beneath the rubble. He developed the "side-loading" tow truck and is the inventor of Samson's patented technology. Nahum oversees Ofakim's towing and recovery business throughout the State of Israel and is responsible for continuing development of Samson systems.

Moshe Stav is one of the founders of Ofakim, an international businessman and entrepreneur.
